Why Do I need to pre-book?
The reason why you should pre-book is because you can make substantial savings in the cost by pre-booking your Airport Hotels in many instances up to 50% instead of turning up on the day to pay the 'on the day price'. Booking agents have negotiated with the airport hotels to offer rooms and parking within the hotels grounds exclusively for their customers as a package deal for periods of 8 and 15 days which is passed on to you.

Can I book at Short Notice?
Yes you can but the can be a problem securing accommodation as rooms go quickly especially during peak holiday periods so it's better to book early and secure your space and the package price. If you want to book at short notice you can book online but if it is at very short notice such as within 48 hours of your flight and you will need an email address to receive your booking confirmation.

Can I book Room Only?
Yes, you can as this is offered with room only, or with Room and 8 days parking or Room and 15 days parking. It's better to book early and secure your space.

When will I know my booking is completed?
You will know when your booking is confirmed and completed when you book online and complete the secure payment process and receive your confirmation email with the details of your booking.

Do I get directions to the hotel?

My Wife is Disabled Can I still book?

Under the disability law all the hotels the booking agents use conform to the rules for wheelchair access and the hotels can offer assistance with luggage but you must call to arrange this directly with the booking agent. If you prefer to speak to a person then simply call the help line and ask your questions and obtain your booking over the phone, if you so prefer, to reassure yourself.

What is the minimum stay?
Remember the booking agents have negotiated a special deal with the airport hotels to obtain a discounted room rate for your overnight accommodation and parking on site. The normal minimum booking period is one night in the hotel and 8 days parking and you will pay for this period. If you require less than this then you might be better to contact the airport hotels directly or in the case of a 1 or 3 days you could pay 'on the day prices' as this may prove to be cheaper.

I need a VAT Receipt?
The VAT number of the booking agent you have chosen will be printed on the bottom of the booking confirmation you receive be email or by post.

How safe is my credit card when I pay?
Your credit or debit card is very secure as all the agents we use secure payment merchant facilities which are at least up to 128bit encryption and up to the industry standard incorporating SSL security with https and displaying the padlock for your peace of mind. Can I get a discount for booking more than one car?
Unfortunately this is not possible as the booking is for 1 night accommodation and parking spaces have already been negotiated to obtain substantial discounts for every room of up to 60% on the standard room rate. If you require to book for 2 or more vehicles you must book each one separately or phone the agents booking help line to let them do this for you over the phone. You will need an email to receive the booking confirmations or you can receive them in the post if time permits.

What is "On the day" pricing?
This is the standard 'on the day' price which any one will pay if you arrive at the hotel.

Why is a week calculated at 8 days and 2 weeks at 15?
One day is calculated as a whole day irrespective of the departure time or arrival time so if you need to turn up at the airport on a Saturday and you arrive back on a Saturday this counts as 8 days as some flights are early next morning and you will have to arrive the night before. This goes the same if your trip is for 14 days we always make the booking period for 15 days to cover for this.

What if my flight is badly delayed and I go past the booking date?
If your flight is severely delayed and you exceed your pre paid booking period you can simply pay the excess time when you arrive at the hotel.

Can I exceed the booking period?
Yes you can but this excess period must be paid to the hotel reception directly.

Is there a transfer bus from the hotel?
The airport hotels can be quite close to the terminals and in some case connected by covered walkways directly. Others will have a free bus transfer service running from 7am to the terminal and the busier hotels will have a regular 24 hour bus transfer service running to the airport terminals every 20 minutes or so. This shuttle service will be clearly detailed on the about hotel information and pre booking price page.

I have lost my voucher email what do I do?
If you have sufficient time you can email your details to the booking agent and confirm your departure details and reference number if you have it or phone the customer help line and they will retrieve your booking and re-send it to you by email or by post.

Can I change my booking?
You can normally amend your booking online or by phone if you prefer all you will need is your booking reference number, date of travelling and the email you used to make the booking or alternatively you can phone the customer booking helpline to amend your booking over the phone.

Can I pay by Cheque?
Yes you can if you prefer not to book online but you must allow at least 10 days prior to your departure day to enable your cheque to be received and cleared and your booking confirmation to be posted to you. The availability of your preferred postal bookings by cheque can not be secured until your payment is received by the booking agent.
